TOWN OF PURCELLVILLE
TOWN COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING 

The Town welcomes public comment and encourages citizen participation that upholds the dignity and order of the meeting. Speakers are expected to maintain civility, decorum, and respect at all times. Disruptive behavior, including the use of profanity, vulgarity, or threatening language will not be tolerated and may result in immediate action. Disorderly conduct from the audience will prompt a warning and, if necessary, removal from the meeting. The Council will not engage in dialogue during this portion of the meeting, as it is reserved for citizen input.
